The Netac Basic DDR3 8GB 1600MHZ Desktop RAM is a high-speed memory module designed for reliable and efficient performance. It uses DDR3 SDRAM technology for low power consumption and comes as an unbuffered 240-pin DIMM with gold contact fingers. The module is programmed to JEDEC standard DDR3-1600 timing (11-11-11) at 1.5V, supporting fast and stable data transfer.
Equipped with 8 independent internal banks and an 8-bit prefetch, this RAM ensures efficient multitasking and smooth system performance. It also supports programmable CAS Latency and Additive Latency (6–11), selectable Burst Length (4 or 8), and a bi-directional differential data strobe. Ideal for use as main memory in PCs, it features a PCB height of 1.18" (30mm) and is RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
Additional features include on-die termination (ODT), internal self-calibration (ZQ pin), adjustable data-output drive strength, and a refresh period of 7.8μs (<85°C) or 3.9μs (85–95°C). The RAM operates at VDD = 1.5V and supports 800MHz fCK for 1600Mb/sec/pin, delivering stable and reliable performance for desktops.
